Stewartville Summerfest 3-Mile & 5-Mile Races

The 5 mile race is a RRC Grand Prix Event

Note: the event will be held on July 3rd this year!

The 2021 Stewartville Summerfest Run/Walk event is proud to be a member of the Rochester Running Club’s Grand Prix Series. The Stewartville Summerfest Runs are run entirely within beautiful Bear Cave Park in Stewartville.  The course covers multiple running surfaces including paved bike trail, gravel road, paved highway, grassy meadow and woodland finishing in Bear Cave Park near the Stewartville Youth Athletic Association pavilion.  Runners are not on any one surface for more than a half a mile at any one time.  The Booster Club has donated money to local youth groups and organizations each year as well as support the Stewartville High School Cross Country teams.

At 8:00 am the Five Mile Race

At 9:00 am the Three Mile Race

At 10:00 am the free Fareway Kid’s Run (Kids entering 6^th grade and younger can register online for free to run and purchase a t-shirt on the website)

Runners looking for extra distance can register for and run both races at a discount.
