What to know before you show up
- Water, Gatorade, nutrition items and first aid supplies are typically available at every aid station.
- Routes and distances are posted weekly on the RRC Facebook page and the RRC calendar. We will have the route posted pre-run at the meeting location.
Volunteer
As mileage increases, one or more loops will have an aid station mid-way on the route. Volunteers willing to set-up & return the aid station are greatly appreciated. Staffing the aid station is wonderful but not required. Consider volunteering or asking friends or family members to volunteer.
Volunteers can also email rochesterrunningclub@gmail.com with any date(s) they would like to help.
Clear instructions will be provided.
