41st Annual Rochester Women's 4-Mile Run and Walk

41st Annual Rochester Women’s Race: July 17, 2021; 8:00 am; East Silver Lake Park

Women walkers and runners of all ages are welcome!!!

This is an RRC Grand Prix race and is one of only a very few races in the upper Midwest for women only. Earlybird entry fee is $15 for Rochester Running Club members and $20 for Non-RCC members and includes a race gift. Race fees increase $5 on July 12th.   Walk-up registration is also available.

An entry form can be downloaded for you to print off for yourself, family members, and friends or you can also register online (preferred) with no admin fee at www.rochesterrunningclub.org.  There will also be race day registration at the East Silver Lake pavilion starting at 7 AM. The course is 2 loops around Silver Lake on roads and paved trails. Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in 12 age group categories. There will be refreshments and door prizes following the presentation of awards.
